I liked that when I went in without an appointment, they were accommodating to give me a bit of information and to set up an appointment.  When we met with our salesman, he offered suggestion and showed us options.  I wanted a countertop that they didn’t carry but they made a point of getting it available for me.  They were very nice to work with.  He came out to the house.  He again offered a few other ideas when he did the actual measurements.  It just worked out wonderfully.  They thought of things that I didn’t think of. It didn’t increase the cost but it just increased my happiness about it.
